Chalet Ksara is brand new for the 2017/18 ski season and it is set over four floors, its in a perfect position being only 50m away from to the piste and has great views.

Chalet Ksara is a brand new luxury chalet in a great position, just off the main piste and overlooking the mountains, the valley and the old village of Grimentz. It offers guests access to the piste in just a few minutes from where it is a very short ski down to the two main lifts in the centre of Grimentz. It is also only a short (but steep!) walk uphill from the main apres-ski bar, Chez Floriaz.
The chalet extends over four floors and sleeps up to 12 people. You enter a double-height kitchen/living/dinning room at the top with direct access onto a large terrace/balcony with spectacular views of the Val d'Anniviers and the 15th century village of Grimentz. This floor also has a wood burning stove and there is a separate ski locker just outside the front door. The mezzanine floor contains a double bedroom with its own bathroom and separate WC which has an amazing skylight providing great views across the valley. The room has glass on two sides and also has great views across the valley. The lower floors have: 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (all with access to the balcony/garden) as well as extra storage space and a technical room with a washing machine and drier.
The chalet has its own garden which extends down to the stream and has direct access to the footpath into the village. The chalet is furnished to a very high standard and tastefully decorated in a modern rustic style with an "alpine" theme throughout.

Floor 2 (below floor 1)
Bedroom 2 - the master bedroom with a King size double bed, built in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub. The bedroom has its own access to the balcony
Bedroom 3 - this bedroom is designed with children in mind and sleeps 4 persons on 2 bunk beds. The built-in bunk beds are full size and can fit adults as well as children! There is also plenty of room to put a cot if required.
Bedroom 4 - a double bedroom with king size bed, built in wardrobes and direct access onto the balcony
Bathroom - there is a large bathroom which is shared between Bedroom 3 and 4 with shower and bathtub
Ground Floor (below floor 2)
Bedroom 5 - a double bedroom with king size bed, built in wardrobes and its own bathroom and access hall - this room is the only bedroom on the ground floor and has direct access to the balcony and the garden
Buanderie (utility room) - this large room contains the washing machine/drier and has plenty of storage space for those extra skis, suitcases etc.

Please note that we require a £550 damage deposit to be paid by a credit card two weeks before your holiday. This will be refunded back to your card within 7 days at the end of your stay as long as you have left the apartment in the state required and caused no damage. Note: you will not be able to collect your keys unless a deposit has been paid.
