Our Covid19 Guarantee

Book you ski holiday with confidence with our Covid19 Guarantee

We’re sure that after a difficult year, a trip to the freedom and fresh air of the Alps will be particularly desirable for many. However after last season was cut short by the global coronavirus crisis we understand that our guests will be thinking about their ski holiday with fresh concerns. Mountain Heaven have been working hard to ensure we can offer you exceptional booking protection and flexibility when you book with us for this season. We are pleased to announce our Covid19 Guarantee, an essential part of giving you the peace of mind you need to book a great ski holiday this season.

Covid19 Guarantee

If the chalet, resort or country you are due to go to closes due to Covid 19 and/or if UK Government (or the Government of the country you are travelling from) introduces a travel ban due to Covid 19 then you will receive a 100% refund on the monies paid i.e. deposits, final payments or any extras you may have purchased.

This is valid up to the day of travel however there will be no refund once you have arrived in the resort should Covid 19 have any impact upon your holiday once you have arrived. The final payment date will be temporarily changed whilst there is a Covid 19 pandemic from 10 weeks before your holiday to 7 weeks before you holiday.

More booking and service options too

To meet an increased leaning toward sole-use bookings, we’re increasing our self catered options. Our Chalet Louis in Courchevel will be offered only as a self catered chalet. We’re also introducing the option to book any for our catered chalets* for a self catered, sole-use week.
*except for Chalet Penthouse in La Rosiere, which will be catered only.

Self catered guests staying in our chalets will be able to access a range of extra services to increase the comfort and convenience of the trip whilst assisting guests who are maintaining their social distance bubble with great care.

New options for self-catered chalet guests

  • A meal available on arrival in resort
  • A bread/croissant delivery service in the mornings
  • Shopping waiting for them in the chalet – a range of frozen food/meat together with non-perishable shopping from Super U
  • Wine/soft drinks/beer available to purchase
  • Please ask for anything else you need

Huski meal delivery

Self catered guests and catered guests who’d rather dine in the chalet on the host’s day off will be able to book delicious locally prepared meals, delivered to the chalet, ready to go into the oven.
