Rock the Pistes 2018

Rock the pistes festival is back in Portes Du Soleil, a ski area in the Alps between Mont Blanc in France and Lake Geneva in Switzerland.

Rock the Pistes

It’s an event that features the best of French and international rock and pop music that you don’t want to miss, how can you say no to a music festival which is spread across an entire ski area? What’s even better is that it’s included in the price of your lift pass! The traditional town of Morzine will be greeted with pop and rock sensations among Avoriaz, Châtel and others.

The event provides the perfect opportunity to have a bit of fun, surrounded by lots of snow, mountain views and skiers/snowboarders who appreciate a bit of music. It’s not often that you can say you attended a music festival in the mountains!

Each resort hosts several indoor and piste side concerts so depending on how you’re feeling, you might just have to try and dance in your ski boots and ski to some of the venues. It’s expected that more than 25,000 people will attend the festival and we don’t blame them. There will be 5 concerts on the pistes and 74 concerts all around the resorts in France and Switzerland, get practicing your dance moves!
