that you are going to and follow the instructions - its easy ! And
when part of a large group you can each individually book your own
equipment.
In all of our resorts you should always book on line as
soon as possible so that your equipment is reserved for
you and so that you get the maximum discount. Equipment prices
vary depending on the week you are going generally in the
lower weeks you tend to get more discount.
We use differing shops in each resort so that you do
not have to walk far and so that you get the best levels of
service, additionally by booking through our website often the
shops will treat you very well as we are their preferred partners
in the resort.
Plagne Montalbert, France
We use Intersport in Plagne Montalbert as they provide great
quality skis and boots; superb advice when buying equipment and of
course have English speaking staff. The shop is directly in the
village centre and only a one minute walk away from the lifts.
By booking on line you will get a discount of between 20 - 40%
off the resort prices (depending on the time of year) and also free
cancellation insurance for Mountain Heaven guests only.
If you do not pre-book then when you arrive in the resort we
will give you a voucher for discount although it will be more
expensive than pre-booking and in busy periods you may
not be able to get what you require so it is vital that
you pre-book, especially during the busy period to do so follow

chalet the ski shop that we recommend Plagne 1800 Sport
as this shop is directly next door to the chalet and you can get
a large discount of up to 30% by pre-booking your

the CARIBOU shop when you are booking your equipment as this is the
best placed for the chalet and they speak excellent English! Please
note that this shop is in central Morzine like the majority of
shops due to this fact our hosts are able to help you back to the
chalet in our minibus if you book your equipment at this shop
however if you choose to hire at another location you will have to
make your own way back to the chalet via the free bus service
Courchevel

Les Arcs
We are pleased to be working with Intersport in Les Arcs and
have arranged for your equipment to be stored at the
Intersport shop at the top of the bubble lift so that you do
not need to carry your ski equipment with you to the main
lift. The shop is the Plan Peisey shop please do not order from any
others to avoid long walks!
This service is only available for equipment rented through this
location and any private equipment that our guests may have. The
service may NOT be used for equipment hired at any other ski
hire shop.
