Who we are
Mountain Heaven Ltd is a family owned and run independent ski
Holiday Company run by Nick and Vicki Williams and the 2013/2014
season will be our 10th season. We specialise in
offering great value, high quality winter sports accommodation
together with superb customer service in catered chalets and
self-catered chalet apartments which are located in great resorts
in France and Switzerland.
We were recently a runner up in the recent Best Ski Tour
Operator 2012 awards organised by ATOUT France and we are fully
bonded by ABTOT for our customer's peace of mind, especially
relevant in today's economic climate.
We have a best price guarantee so that if you find a similar
holiday which is cheaper in the same resort (with a fully bonded
company) then we will refund the difference and there are never any
annoying extra charges or supplements.
All of our catered and self-catered accommodation is not only in
snow secure resorts but either on or within minutes of the piste so
there are no long walks and no need to wait for buses.
Our guests enjoy highly discounted equipment hire a free lift
pass collection service and free airport/rail transfers for all of
our catered chalets and in our self-catered apartments we now
include a free bed make up service together with a final clean on
departure.
For our catered holidays we have a selection for all budgets;
however whatever type of chalet our guests stay in they will find
its great food together with a selection of bottled wine and fully
trained staff.
We have a number of great value traditional "standard" chalets
including Chalet Soleil, Lupins and Zibeleine in La Plagne 1800; La
Laiterie in Les Arcs; Chalet Louis in Courchevel Le Praz together
with Chalet Aimee, Valerie, Christophe and Thomas in La
Rosiere.
Our Premium chalets in France are The Penthouse and Chalet Chez
Robert in La Rosiere, Chalet Jardin D'Angele in the wonderful
village of Courchevel Le Praz and Chalet Chamois D'Or in Morzine.
In Switzerland we have Chalet Coleridge in the stunningly
beautiful resort of Grimentz. Premium chalets all have hot tubs, a
wide selection of wines, canapés, luxury bathroom products and
enhanced menus.
For our self-catered holidays we specialise in high quality
on/near piste apartments in La Plagne Montalbert, a traditional,
authentic French village with rustic Alpine charm, La Rosiere,
Courchevel Le Praz and in the timeless, picturesque village of
Grimentz in Switzerland.
