Booking
Booking is easy! Start here, online, by looking through our selection of apartments, and then we can progress from there.
1. Availability: When you have chosen
an apartment you like email us on info@mountainheaven.co.uk or
phone us on 0151 625 1921. We will check availability, suggest suitable
alternatives if applicable and answer any further questions you may have.
2. Deposits: When we have established
a free apartment for you, you will then have to pay a deposit of 25%
of the accommodation costs. This can be done over the phone with a credit/debit
card; or post with a cheque. For cheques
we will hold your accommodation open for 3 days to wait for the arrival
of the deposit. If booking within 8 weeks of departure then the full
amount is payable immediately.
3. Booking Form: If you have booked
by phone we will send you a booking form or complete and send us the
booking form, it’s
available here on
the website. Please note that your booking is not confirmed
until we have received this form. You should also carefully read the terms
and conditions, which constitute part of the booking form. In addition
please complete our supplementary booking
form so that we can pre-order
your lift passes, equipment, transfers and car hire.
4. Confirmation: We will send you a
confirmation letter/invoice by post or email.
5. Balance: Please pay the balance at
least 8 weeks before departure.
Unfortunately due to high costs if paying by credit card there will be an additional charge of 2%, all other methods are free of charge.
